Is there a form of special education for babies & toddlers?

Why Early Childhood Education?

My daughter has Lebers Congenital Amaurosis, which is a disability that impacts her vision. She has been receiving educational services since she was three years old. At that time, I don’t recall the phrase “early childhood” being used. A Good Start for All Kids (School Readiness)

I doubt any one would disagree that all children need and deserve a good start on their educational journey. In my early years, there was no such thing as starting school before Kindergarten.
