Transitions; that word can cover a wide range of meanings. Depending on the age of your child and the "transition" they are going through. My son is 19 and in his first year of college, he was diagnosed in 2nd grade. We've been through them all!! I know how stressful and difficult each transition can be. I've also learned a lot and would love to help each and every one of you through those difficult transitions.
Even though when we talk about "Transition" we typically mean from high school to what ever that next step may be for your child, I want to make sure we don't ignore all those other transitions and the issues that come with them. Every transition is crucial to ensure the best possible programming & education for your child!
Please let me know, either privately or as a comment to this blog, what issues you are facing. Maybe I can help, maybe I can't, but I can definitely relate and am happy to offer what ever guidance I can. I'd also like to know what some of the major transition issues are that you've faced and talk about them on here. You may not realize it, but you may have just the answer someone else is searching for!
